UgaAI offers both free and paid subscription plans:

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.

• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

The UgaAI name, logo, and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by UgaAI and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

You retain ownership of any plant photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it for providing and improving our Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to identify plants and provide care recommendations. Please note:

• AI identifications may not always be 100% accurate
• Care recommendations are general guidelines, not professional advice
• For valuable or rare plants, seek professional botanical advice
• Do not consume plants based solely on AI identification

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UGAAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PLANTS, DATA, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Refund Policy

Subscription payments are processed through Razorpay. Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the Service. To request a refund, please contact us at contact@ugaai.in.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
